1. Return and Refund

Products with quality problem in 7 days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refund.

Buyers should email us photos to support the claims.

Customer need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will give a full refund but shipping cost is not included.

We made the items by strictly follow with the style and the material displayed on the site, all requests for returns such as not like the picture I ordered, dissatisfy about the quality and not the material I like etc, are not accepted.

2. Exchange

Products with quality problem or are wrong size can be returned and exchanged in 7 days (from the date products were received).

Buyers should email us photos to support the claims.

Customer need to send the products back to us, when we receive the products, we will replace new ones and ship back to customer.

We will pay shipping fee for the replaced products we ship to the customer.

Costumes, wigs and other accessories that have been used or washed are excluded from returning or exchanging.
